About the guests
Dr. Natalie Rasgon
A trailblazer in neuroendocrinology, Dr. Rasgon has spent 25 years unraveling the connections between metabolic health, hormones, and brain aging. Her landmark NIH-funded research demonstrated how insulin resistance during menopause accelerates cognitive decline, fundamentally changing how we approach Alzheimer's prevention in women. She leads international clinical trials testing hormone-modulating therapies for cognitive preservation. Her lab also focuses on investigating the neuroscience of stress, specifically biomarkers of cellular aging in executives and gender differences in stress response.
